Recycling centers that accept: Bleach
Bleach contains harmful chemicals and cannot be recycled. It should not be poured down outside drains or on the ground as it can cause contamination.
Try purchasing non-chlorine bleach alternatives, such as oxygen-based or hydrogen-peroxide-based bleaches.
If you cannot use up the bleach yourself, try giving to to a friend, neighbor, or custodial staff.
Bleach may be slowly poured down the drain with large amounts of additional water.
The empty container should be triple rinsed and recycled. See the “plastic bottles” locations.
